Director and Chairman
As the founder of DTSL in 1997, Ian has built one of New Zealand’s most trusted IT service networks from the ground up. With over 45 years in the industry, he has led major infrastructure projects across both public and private sectors and continues to champion a client-first culture throughout the group. Ian is passionate shaping DTSL’s growth via about long-term partnerships, innovation, and operational excellence across Aotearoa.

Mark Muru
Group Chief Executive Officer
With extensive experience in the technology sector across New Zealand and Australia, Mark has led complex transformation projects in both public and government environments. His strengths lay in strategic advisory, deep understanding of IT delivery, and designing scalable managed services that align to each client’s operational and strategic goals. Mark’s leadership ensures Totality’s service approach to customer success is proactive and innovative.

Shane Munro
National Sales Manager
Shane brings over 25 years of leadership experience in technology solution sales and business development. Known for his collaborative approach and deep vendor partner relationships, he oversees Totality’s sales and pre-sales functions nationwide. Shane’s focus is on delivering measurable outcomes for clients, and creating genuine alignment between technology solutions and business strategy.

Chris Hoffmann
Group CTO & CISO
Chris has over 20 years’ experience in IT and cyber security, including 15 years with DTSL. Chris has had previous roles as a computer forensic analyst and computer security expert and holds SANS GSEC qualifications. Now as Group Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Security Officer, he oversees architecture, security, and technology innovation. Chris leads with a security-first mindset, ensuring Totality’s solutions are both robust and future-ready.

Craig Alexander
National Services Manager
Craig’s 30+ years in IT service management have shaped his reputation as a trusted leader in operations and client delivery. He manages Totality’s nationwide managed services function, driving consistency and quality across sales, presales and delivery. Craig’s guidance ensures service excellence is not just a promise, but a daily reality.

Blair Murray
Financial Controller
Blair has over two decades of experience managing the financial and governance frameworks of NZ organisations. He plays a key role in ensuring the long-term stability and operational efficiency of the DTSL Group. Blair combines analytical precision with commercial acumen, supporting sustainable growth and investment in innovation.

David Cumpstone
National Services Manager, Field Services
David oversees DTSL’s nationwide field engineering network and extension delivery network, ensuring clients receive responsive, high-quality onsite support wherever they are in New Zealand. His two decades of experience yields deep understanding of how to align service delivery with strategy – driving operational excellence and partner enablement.

Michael Kitley
Service Centre Manager
Michael heads Totality’s Service Desk – the first line of contact for clients. With extensive experience in support management, he ensures every interaction reflects the company’s values of reliability, responsiveness, and professionalism.
